Our experienced staff we offer ensure your agricultural and farm machinery needs are met. Our selection process along with our selected training and ‘open communication’ culture ensures our team are efficient and effective to meet customer needs. Alto Motors have 15 staff in total. This is made up of 2 sales staff (of which Anthony is also a Manager), 3 in our parts team, 2 in office / administration (of which Eva is also a Manager), 5 technicians, 1 assistant and 1 apprentices in the workshop and 1 workshop team leader. Also 1 staff in our Karcher sales and repairs department. We have a commitment of training new staff by the more experienced staff to ensure valuable skills and knowledge regarding parts, technical matters and product knowledge are maintained in house.

Sales
Our 3 key Sales people can assist you with your agricultural, farm machinery and construction needs. These benefits can be passed on to our customers through their thorough knowledge of the products and appropriate experience and training (from manufacturer) of the machinery they sell. They are in direct contact with the manufacturer regarding advice and sales queries. To their advantage our Sales people also carry out mechanical activities from time to time, thereby, knowing the product more intimately. Along with new tractors and machinery we always have an update of Used Machinery on this website at any given time. Timely and professional price quotations are available on request. History
Alto Motors has been meeting the agricultural machinery and farm machinery needs of farmers for 47 years and is now in its second generation of the family owned business. In June 1968 Elio and Yvonne Moscato along with Flavio and Angiolina Bagnara launched their business, Alto Motors, in a small shed on a farm property in Yarragon. 6 months later a site became available where the business still operates today and the trading name Alto (Italian for peak) was born.
The business was a garage and service station, selling and servicing Fiat cars, tractors and farm machinery and selling petrol. The importing of Fiat cars ceased in the 1980s and the business then focused on agricultural machinery.
The business continued to be family focused and Loretta, Michael, Anthony and Eva took over the partnership business in mid 2003 until late 2013. Following the Molino partners’ resignation and sale of business, the Moscato partners’ single ownership continues to date. Today the business continues in its core operations and has introduced other unique Ag machinery and more recently Construction equipment.
